Product Description

The classic KEL is a centrally split cable entry system for routing cables with connectors, providing an IP54 / up to UL Type 12 rating.

The slit KT grommet matching the cable diameter is placed around the cable and inserted into the cable entry frame. The split cable entry frames KEL match exactly the cut-out dimensions of 10-, 16- and 24-pin standard industrial connectors. Either a cut-out of 36 mm or 46 mm in height can be chosen depending on the cables being routed. The size KEL-6 matches the cut-out dimensions of 46 × 46 mm measuring instruments.

For tool-free assembly / disassembly of the cable entry frames the snap mounting frame KEL-SNAP can be used.

A flat rubber gasket is included in the shipment.

The version with threaded bushings enables the cable entry frame to be screwed onto the housing from the inside out. This protects against vandalism and tampering with the housing from the outside.
